Though Mr.Clarke was busy doing his work. He had hired someone to kill his wife. But when the housekeeper reported his wifes' ICU approach, he had no other choice but to go to the hospital.

When he was called, he did not ask about where his wife was and went to the correct location, this meant that he knew where his wife was when she was killed
