ABCD, is a parallelogram in which AC and BD are diagonals which intersect at point O.
we know that diagonals bisect each other so
0A=OC AND OB=OD.
Now, OA=OC,
2x-3=y+4
y=2x-7........ 1

now,OB=OD
x+3=2y-1
x+3=2(2x-7)-1
x+3=4x-14-1
x-4x=-18
-3x= -18
x=6

Now, put x =6 in (1), we get
y=2×6-7=12 - 7 =5
so, x=6 and y=5
