Solution

We know,

Diagonal of cube = 3 × side

==> 9√3 = √3 × side

==> side = 9 units

Also,

Surface area of a cube = 6 × side²

==> S.A = 6 × 9²

==> S.A = 6 × 81

==> S.A = 486 sq. units

Surface area of the cube is 486 sq. units
