Side of a cube = a

Length of a Diagonal in a cube = √3a = √12 cm

√3a = √12 cm

a = √12 ÷ √3

a = √ 4 [ √ 4 = 2 ]

a = 2

Side of the cube = 2 cm

As we know ,

Volume of a cube = a³

= 2³

= 8 cm³

Answer:

Side of a cube = a

Length of a Diagonal in a cube = √3a = √12 cm

 √3a = √12 cm

 a = √12 ÷ √3

 a = √ 4                     [ √ 4 = 2 ]

 a = 2

Side of the cube = 2 cm

As we know ,

Volume of a cube = a³

                             = 2³
