The diagonal of a rectangle is 10cm and its breadth is 6cm . Then find its length.

{\bold{\rm{ \color{purple}{  Answer \: }}}}

length =  \sqrt{(diognal) {}^{2}  - (breadth) {}^{2} }

l =  \sqrt{(10) {}^{2}  - (6) {}^{2} }

 \sqrt{100 - 36}  =  \sqrt{64}  = 8cm

Required length is 8 cm
