The diagonal of a rectangle is 34cm. If it's breadth is 16m. Find its length and area

Breadth=16cm

By pythagoras theorem,

h^2=b^2+p^2

=)p^2=h^2-b^2

=)(length)^2=(34^2-16^2)

=)l=30cm

Area of rectangle =lb.

=(30×16)cm^2

=480cm^2
