let it's 2 sides be a and b

ab = 20

a = 20/b

✓(a²+b²) = ✓41

a² + b² = 41

400/b² + b² = 41

b⁴ - 41b² + 400 = 0

b² = 16,25

b = 4,5 cm

a = 5,4cm

thus perimeter = 2(4+5)

= 18cm

Hope it helps!
