54=½*12*d2
(54*2)/12=d2
d2=9 cm

(½d1)²+(½d2)²=side of rhombus
=(½*12)²+(½d2)²
=36+(81/4)
=√(225/4)
=15/2cm
now perimeter of rhombus=4* side of rhombus (since all the sides of rhombus are equal)
therefore
perimeter of Rhombus
=4*(15/2)
=30cm
