Step-by-step explanation:

diagonal of a rhombus =12cm

area =54cm²

area of rhombus=½d1*d2

where d1 and d2 are the diagonals of the rhombus

54=½*12*d2

(54*2)/12=d2

d2=9 cm

since diagonals of rhombus bisects each other perpendicularly

therefore

(½d1)²+(½d2)²=side of rhombus

=(½*12)²+(½d2)²

=36+(81/4)

=√(225/4)

=15/2cm

now perimeter of rhombus=4* side of rhombus (since all the sides of rhombus are equal)

therefore

perimeter of Rhombus

=4*(15/2)

=30cm
