In a square all sides are same.

By applying Pythagoras theorem to one side of diagonal. Let side=x

(Diagonal)²=(side)²+(side)²

15²=x²+x²

2x²=225

x²=112.5

x=10.6m is one side

Then,

Perimeter=4x

               =42.4m
