The diagonal of a square is 5 to the root 2.Find its area and perimeter.

Diagonal = 5 to the root 2

Area of square by its diagonal = d square divided by 2

                                                   = 5root2 square / 2

                                                    = 25*2/2

                                                     = 25 unit square

Therefore area of square = 25 unit square

Let's find side

Area of square = side^2

                         = 25^2

                         = 5 units


We have now side as 5 units

Therefore perimeter = 4* side

                                 = 4* 5

                                 = 20 units
