Diagonal of square = root2a²
 = > \sqrt{2} {a}^{2} = 12 \sqrt{2} \\ = > {a}^{2} = 12 \\ = > a = \sqrt{12} \\ = > a = 4 \sqrt{3}cm

Perimeter of square = 4a
 = > 4a = 4 \times 4 \sqrt{3} \\ = > 4a = 16 \sqrt{3}cm.

So,
Required answer is
16 \sqrt{3}cm.
