As we know that,
Area of quadrilateral = 1/2 × diagonal × sum of the lengths of perpendicular lying on diagonal,
➠ Area = 1/2 × 30 × ( 12 + 9 )
➠ Area = 1/2 × 30 × 21
➠ Area = 1 × 15 × 21
➠ Area = 15 × 21
➠ Area = 315
The area of quadrilateral is 315cm².
