Answer:

answer is 5

Step-by-step explanation:

AE =x

BE=x+7

AB=x+8

by using Pythagoras theorem

AB ²=AE²+BE²

(x+8)²=x²+(x+7)²

x²+16x+64=x²+14x+49+x²

x²-2x-15=0

after solving

answer will be 5,-3, answer is 5cm

the length of AC =10cm

the length of BD=24
