that's are 4/2=2 cm and

               3/2=1.5 cm

then a right angled triangle is formed whose base is 2 cm

                                           and perpendicular is 1.5 cm

then by pythagorash theorem

that is

B^2+P^2=H^2\\

here h is the side of quadrilateral

that is

=\sqrt{2^2+1.5^2}

=\sqrt{6.25}

=1.5 cm is the side of quadrilateral

as we know that if the diagonals of a same quadrilateral bisect each other at right angle this means that quadrilateral is rhombus

and in Rhombus all sides are equal

So the length of all sides is same and that is 1.5 cm
