To Find : the value of x.

Solution:

The diagonals of a rectangle are   equal in length

Hence

2x + 1 = 3x - 1

=> 2x - 3x = - 1 - 1

=> -x = - 2

=> x = 2

Value of x is 2

Length of diagonals = 5
