60Ss-Ss²+2700 = 0

Ss²-60Ss-2700 = 0

Ss²-90Ss+30Ss-2700 = 0

Ss(Ss-90)+30(Ss-90) = 0

(Ss-90)(Ss+30) = 0

Shorter side = 90m

Longer side = 30m+90m = 120m
