also BD = 12 cm, so OB = 6 cm

Now in right triangle AOB

AB^2 = OA^2 + OB^2

AB^2 = 8^2 + 6^2

AB^2 = 64 + 36

AB^2 = 100

AB = root 100

AB = 10.

therfore side of rhombus = 10 cm

and all sides of rhombus are equal.

so AB = BC = CD = AD = 10 cm.
