The diagonals of a rhombus are 12 cm and 16 cm long. find the length of side of the Rhombus.

d1 = 12 cm

d2 = 16 cm

# Solution -

Length of side of rhombus is calculated by formula -

s = √[(d1/2)²+(d2/2)²]

s = √[(12/2)²+(16/2)²]

s = √(6²+8²)

s = √(36+64)

s = √(100)

s = 10 cm

Therefore, length of side of rhombus is 10 cm.
