The diagonals of a rhombus are 6 cm and 8 cm.Find the length of the side of the rhombus

since we know that the diagonals of the rhombus intersect at the middle points in right angles which means half of the first diagonal will be 3 centimetre and the other diagonal will be 4 centimetre now this diagonals will form a right triangle with the side of the rhombus

therefore applying Pythagoras theorem

3²+4²=side ²

9+16= side²

25=side ²

=>side=5cm
