OA=AC/2
OA=30/2cm
OA=15cm
Now,
Using Pythagoras Theorem,
AB²=OA²+OB²
AB²=(15)²+(8)²cm
AB²=225+64cm
AB²=289cm
AB²=(17)²cm
AB=17cm
Now,
Perimeter ABCD=AB+BC+CD+CA
=AB+AB+AB+AB
= 4*AB
=4*17cm
=68cm
