let D1 be 6cm=6/2=3cm

D2 be 8cm=8/2=4cm

Using Pythagoras theorem:

AC²+AB²=BC²

3²+4²=BC²

9+16=BC²

25=BC²

√25=BC

5cm=BC

hence (S)side=5cm

perimeter=4*S

4*5=20cm
