Hope this helps..

Answer is 116 degree. ..

angle C = angle B =90° [ corner angles of a rectangle is 90°]

1/2 angle C = 1/2 angel B

Angle OCB= angle OBC ---------(1)

In ∆ OBC

angle OBC +angle OCB +angle BOC=180°

Angle OCB+angle OCB + 116° = 180° [from eq 1]

2angle OCB = 180°-116°

2angle OCB = 64°

Angle OCB = 64°/2

angle OCB = 32°
