then let ABCD be a rhombus and diagonals meet at O.
OA=1/2AC=8
OB=1/3BD=15
now angle AOB = 90°
so by Pythagoras theorem
in triangle AOB
AB=17
and sides are equal in rhombus
therefore perimeter= 4*side = 4*17 = 68
