the diagonals of the Rhombus pqrs intersect at point O if p r is equal to 10 cm and QS is equal to 24 cm find the length of its sides

ur answer

d1=10cm ,d2= 24 cm

rhombus formula=1/2×d1×d2

so, 1/2×10×24 =120

area of rhombus =120 cm

∵diagonals of a rhombus perpendicularly bisect each other
PO=OR=1/2PR=5cm
QO=OS=1/2QS=12cm
PR⏊QS
PQ=√(OQ²+OP²)
PQ=√(144+25)
PQ=±13cm
∴its sides measures 13cm[∵length can never be negetive]
