As we know that

Current = Voltage /Resistance

=> I  = V/R

I = 0.5  A

V = 3 V

=> 0.5 = 3/R

=> R = 6 Ω

resistance of the lamp = 6 Ω

power of the lamp = VI  = 3 *0.5 = 1.5W

or V²/R  = 3²/6  =  9/6 = 1.5W

or I²R  = (0.5)²*5  = 1.5W

power of the lamp = 1.5W
