PRESSURE = FORCE/AREA
So, pressure will be maximum if the block is placed with least area under .... i.e. 8cm × 10cm
now the value of max. pressure will be given by P=F/A
P = 12/(8×10^-2)(10×10^-2)
P = 1500 N/m^2
