$r = d \div 2 = 6units$

height(h)=14 units

$csa \: of \: cylinder =2\pi \: r \: h$

$csa = 2 \ \pi \: rh$

$= 2 \times 22 \times 6 \times 2$

$= 44 \times 12$

=528 sq. units

$cost \: per \: {m}^{2} = 20$

$total \: cost = 528 \times 20 \\ = 10560$
