Volume of cylinder= π*r squared*height

Radius=1.75/2

=0.875 m

height=3.2 m

3.14*3.2*0.875

=8.792 m cubed

1 m=1000l
Hence 8.792*1000
=8792 litres

Hope it helps...

Answer:

Redius=1.75/2 =0.875

height =3.2

volume of cylinder = π r×r×h

volume =3.14×3.2×0.875×0.875

volume = 76.93

the capacity of water =76.93×1000

= 7693L
