The diameter of a bicycle wheel is 50cm. How may complete rotations does it make over a distance of 1km?

Circumference of wheel,

C = 3.14*2*50

= 314 cm

= 3.14 m

So, to complete 1 km distance, the number of rotations

= 1000/3.14 = 318.471338

Or say 319 complete rotation
