Diameter = 63 cm

Circumference = πd = 63*22/7 = 198

99m = 990 cm

So, revolutions required = Total Distance/Circumference of Wheel

= 990/198

= 5

So the wheel needs to revolve 5 times to cover a distance of 99m

Hope this Helped!
