radius =  \frac{diameter}{2}   =  \frac{70}{2}

 = 35cm

110m = 110 \times 100 = 11000cm

circumference = 2 \: pirn

11000 =  \frac{2 \times 22}{7 \times 35 \times n}

n = \frac{77000} {1540}

n = 50

So a cycle wheel having diameter 70cm will cover 110m or 11000cm of distance in 50 revolutions.
