The diameter of a circle is 10 cm, if the distance of a chord from the centre is 4cm, What is the length of the chord?​

r=10/2=5 cm

By considering the Distance of chard from the centre of the circle as Perpendicular and the radius as hypotenuse.

Using pythagoras theorem:

(Base)^2=5^2-4^2

=>Base^2=25-16
