Find the radius

Radius = Diameter ÷ 2

Radius = 5 ÷ 2 = 2.5 cm

Find the area:

area = πr²

area = 3.14 x 2.5² = 19.625 cm²

Answer: The area is 19.625 cm²

ritikpandey20: sorry but your answer is wrong
TooFree: Apology. Took the wrong radius. Corrected.
ritikpandey20: no I am correct
ritikpandey20: sorry you are correct
ritikpandey20: hum tumhara ans nahi dekhe the

Radius = \frac{diameter}{2} \\ \\ Radius = \frac{5}{2} \\ \\ = \: 2.5cm

Area \: of \: circle= \pi {r}^{2} \\ \\ area = 3.14 \times ( {2.5)}^{2} \\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 19.625 \: {c m}^{2}
