Radius of circle = 140/2=70M

Area of circle = πr^2 = 22/7×70×70

============= =====15400sq M

Radius including road = 70+7=77

Area ......................= πr^2 = 22/7×77×77

====================== 18634 sq M

Area of Road (leveling)=18634-15400

===================== 3234 sq M

Cost of leveling road = 3234×1.5

= 4851 rupees

Answer ----4851
