Step-by-step explanation:

Answer:

Radius of circle = 140/2=70M

Area of circle = πr^2 = 22/7×70×70

============= =====15400sq M

Radius including road = 70+7=77

Area = πr^2 = 22/7×77×77

====================== 18634 sq. m

Area of Road (levelling)=18634-15400

===================== 3234 sq. m

Cost of levelling road = 3234×1.5

= 4851 rupees

Answer ----4851
