The diameter of circle is 24m. Therefore radius is 12m
Now, the a 3m wide circular whose radius and circumference lies inside the big circle is 12m-3m=9m
So, now we know the radius of the big and small circle.
So the area of big circle= 22÷7×12*2
=452.54
The area of small circle=22÷7×9*2
=254.57
Therefore area of path. =452.54-254.57
=197.97

Therefore the total cost. 
= 197.97×25
=4949.25
