The diameter of a circular plate is 28 cm and its thickness is 2.5 cm . 20 such plates are stacked vertically to

radius(r)=d/2=28/2=14,

thickness(t)=2.5cm

and for 20 such plates are vertically stacked to form a cylinder, the height of the cylinder(h)=20*2.5=50cm

now,total surface area of cylinder(tsa)=2\pir(r+h)

tsa=2(22/7)14(14+50)

after calculation,we get 5362cm^2
