Answer:

diameter = 14cm

radius = 14/2 = 7cm

height = 10cm

total surface area = 2πr(r +h)

                               = 2×22/7×7(7+10)

                                = 44×70

                               = 3080cm²

Answer:

572.52 cm square

Step-by-step explanation:

here we have a closed cylinder.

so we can divide it in two parts

1) one open cylinder

2) two circle that close the cylinder (both have same area)

area of surface are of cylinder = 2 * pie * r * h

= 2 * 3.14 * 7 * 10

= 439.6 cm square

area of circle that close the cylinder = 2 * pie * r

= 2 * 3.14 * 7

= 43.96 cm square

now we have two circles so multiply it by 2 = 2 * 43.96

=87.92 cm square

now total surface area is add them all

= 439.6 + 87.92 = 572.52 cm square

Hope it helps
