the diameter of a cone is 14cm and its slant height is 9cm. find the area of its curved surface

Answer:

Curved surface area of cone=πrl

Radius=diameter/2

=14/2

=7

= π22/7 ,radius =7, l=9

= 22/7*7*9

= 22*9

= 198cm
