radius = diameter/2 = 70/2 = 35cm
110m = 110×100 = 11000cm
circumference = 2pirn
11000 = 2×22/7×35×n
n = 77000/1540
n = 50

so, a cycle wheel having diameter 70cm will cover 110m or 11000cm of distance in 40 revolutions.

Given - Diameter and distance

Find - Number of revolutions

Solution - The number of revolutions are 50.

Radius = diameter/2

Radius = 70/2

Radius = 35 cm

Circumference = 2πr

Circumference = 2*22/7*35

Circumference = 220 cm or 2.2 metres

2.2 m is covered by number of revolutions = 1

110 m is covered by number of revolutions = 1*110/2.2

Number of revolutions = 50

50 revolutions are required to cover 110 metres.
