diameter = 2* radius

Circumference of circle = 2 * pi* r

                                       = pi* 2*r

                                       =pi*d ( since d=2r)

                                      = pi*2.8 m

                                      =8.792 m

Cost of fencing is Rs 55  per meter =  55 * 8.792

                                                          =Rs 483.56
