heya dear!!

Diameter of a road roller =140cm=1.4m

Radius = 1.4/2=0.7m

Length =2.2 m

no. of revolutions =400

Area covered by the roller in 1 revolution=CSA of roller=2Πrh

Now,

Area covered by the roller in 400 revolutions=400×9.68=3872

which is the surface area of stretch of a road levelled.

HOPE IT HELPS YOU ..
