circum frence of the wheel =2×22/7×1.26/23
=3.96m
so for 500 revolution it will travel =500×3.96m
=1980m

Zyra: Thanks a lot friend
jay850600: it my pleasure

diameter=1.26m

radius=1/2diameter

radius of the wheel=0.63m

to find this first we should find its total boundary length or circumference.

so circumference or perimeter of a circle(wheel)=pie*r*2

                                                                               =(3.14*0.63*2)m

                                                                               =(22*9/50)m

                                                                                =(11*9/25)m

                                                                                =(99/25)m

now according to question after 500 revolutions

99*500/25=distance transversed

distance travelled=1980m

so the wheel completed a distance of 1980m

Zyra: thanks
sonalithakur82: you are welcome
