diameter =1.26M

circumference of a circle =2πr

therefore circumference of the wheel =2πr multiple by1.26M

2multiple 3.14 multiple 1.26=7.9128M

therefore the distance covered in 500 revolution = 7.9128 multiple 500

=3956.4 M

Step-by-step explanation:

distance covered = number of revolutions x circumference

circumference = 2\pi r = \pi d

                        = \frac{22}{7} x 1.26

circumference = 3.96 m^{2}

Number of revolutions = 500

thus,

Distance covered = 500 x 3.96

                              = 1980 m
