distance travelled by wheel in one rotation is circumference of the wheel

circumference of the given wheel=π×D=3.14×1=3.14mtrs

so the wheel covers 3.14 kms in 1 revolution

so 1 km in 1/3.14 revolution

so 23 km in (1/3.14)×23=7.325 revolution
