radius of the wheel = 48/2 =24 cm

distance travelled in one revolution = 2^r

= 2×22/7×24

=44/7 × 24

= 1056/7

= 150.85cm

average speed of a car = 3.5 × 100000/60

= 5833.33cm

distance covered by car in 1 minute = 5833.33cm

number of revolution=distance covered in 1 minute / distance covered in 1 revolution

= 5833.33/150.85

=38.66 revolutions

Hence, per minute each wheel of car makes 38.66 revolutions
