To Find,

The surface area of the hemisphere.

Solution,

Given that,

The hemisphere-shaped wooden has a diameter of 16cm.

The hemisphere wooden block's surface area.

2\pi r^{2} is the formula to use.

Area = 2\pi r^{2}

\pi  = 3.14 or \frac{22}{7}

And the radi r = \frac{16}{2}.

r = 8cm

Therefore surface area  = 2 × \frac{22}{7} × 8 × 8.

A =  402.3cm².

Hence, 402.3cm² is the surface area of the hemisphere wooden.
