Diameter= side,

Area of a circle = π r² = 22/7* r²,

Area of the equilateral triangle= √3(side)²/4,

then ratio of the areas = area of the circle/ area of the triangle,

=

 \frac{ \frac{22}{7}  \times  {side}^{2} }{ \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} \times  {side}^{2} }    =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{4}{ \sqrt{3} }

= 88:7√3

NOW, THATS THE CORRECT ANSWER
