Solution :-

The question is not clear but I have calculated the area and circumference of the front and the rear wheel.

Diameter of front wheel = 63 cm

Radius = 63/2 cm

Circumference of front wheel = 2πr

⇒ 2*22/7*63/2

⇒ 2772/14

Circumference of front wheel = 198 cm

Diameter of rear wheel = 1.54 m or 154 cm

Radius = 154/2

= 77 cm

Circumference of rear wheel = 2*22/7*77

⇒ 3388/7

Circumference of rear wheel = 484 cm

Area of front wheel = πr²

⇒ 22/7*63/2*63/2

⇒ 87318/28

Area of front wheel = 3118.5 cm²

Area of rear wheel = 22/7*77*77

⇒ 130438/7

Area of rear wheel = 18634 cm²
