Circumference of the wheel = 2πr = π x diameter = π x 140 cm

= π x 140 = 440 cm

Distance covered by the wheel in one minute = (66 x 1000 x100) / 60 = 110000 cm

Number of revolutions in one minute = 110000 / 440 = 250.
